August Schedule Update

As we begin regular season practices here are some important dates and events to remember: 8/3 -- Parent meeting @ WHS, 7pm. 8/5 -- Reds game ($12 for tickets). 8/8 -- Alumni Race @ Winton Woods Parcours Trail. 8/10 & 8/11 -- Team camping trip and trail runs @ Hueston Woods. 8/13 -- Practice moves to afternoons. A full meet schedule will be finalized soon and should be ready for the parent meeting. July Cross Country Update

We will meet at the Winton Woods Parcours Trail tomorrow morning (7/7). If you are new to the team, this is off the Lakeridge entrance to the park and near the disc golf course. We will also meet there on 7/23 and 7/28. On 7/14 our practice is at Glenwood Gardens.
