8/1 -- Practice Begins & Parent Meeting

We will have our first mandatory practice Monday. Practices will continue in the mornings at 9 all week. Also, our parent info meeting is Monday evening at 7 at the High School. Signs will be posted on the doors near the gym with the room number for the meeting. We will go over upcoming events, distribute season schedules, and coordinate our team dinner schedule.

Hueston Woods Camping Trip -- 7/25 & 7/26

We will meet at WHS Monday at 2 for our trip to Hueston Woods State Park (6301 Park Office Rd., College Corner, 45003 -- just north of Oxford). If you are being dropped off at the park plan to be there by 3:30 and we will be at group site #3. Bring plenty of water, running clothes, camping gear, food for dinner, snacks, bug spray, and anything else you'd like for the evening around the campfire. We will run trails again in the morning then return home. Parents arriving at the park for morning pickup should be there by 10:00-10:30. End of July XC Schedule Update

On Tuesday (7/19) we will meet at the Winton Woods Parcours Trail for our workout and next Friday (7/29) we will go to Ault Park--a car pool from the high school will again be available. Also, 7/23 and 7/24 is our camping and running trip at Hueston Woods. We'll have full details later in the week. This was a great experience last year and we hope everyone can join us for a new tradition!

Schedule Update -- Week of 7/4

On Tuesday we will meet at the entrance to Glenwood Gardens for our run. Friday will be a hill workout on the trail at Ault Park. We will car pool from school at 9 for anyone who would like a ride. If you would like to meet us at the park be at the central pavilion by 9:30.
