7/15 - Normal running/lifting schedule resumes @ 9am
7/25 & 8/1 - Evening trail runs @ Blue Ash
8/5 - Mandatory practice begins @ 9am
8/6 - Reds v. Athletics game @ 7pm
8/10 - Alumni Race
