June XC Update

We are off to a great start in the first week of summer training! Next week we have our camp at Clark Montessori in Hyde Park from 9:30-3 Monday through Friday. If you would like to sign up let me know there is still time! Bring plenty of water, extra running clothes, lunch, sunscreen, etc. Also, If you need transportation to and from camp meet at Finneytown High School at 8:50 for the bus. After camp we will continue meeting each morning at 9. Working hard and staying consistent in the summer are the key ingredients for a great fall season.
